My name is Ian Harley. I am the CEO of Traction AG. Traction is a cloud-based software company dedicated to helping farmers with their data by developing a unique farm management application. Using the latest technology, Traction transforms how farmers leverage their accounting, resulting in better decisions and more profit. It was important for the software to be dynamic and automated, allowing farmers to save time on managing finances and keep track of employee productivity.
